Cancellation Policy

1. Coworking Space Membership

   • Monthly Plans: You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle. A 2-month notice period is required for cancellation.

   • Annual Plans: A cancellation request must be made 6 months prior to the renewal date for a refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

2. Interior Design & Other Services

   • If the service has not been started, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. If the service has already been initiated, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

   • For custom furniture orders, cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order will receive a full refund. After this period, no refund will be issued.

3. Virtual Office Services
   Cancellations for virtual office plans must be made with a 2-month notice for a full refund.

4. Refund Process
   Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

5. No Refunds
   No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered or for any charges incurred beyond the cancellation period.
